Chester House Estate
We were commissioned by the Chester House Estate to create a new website and documentary film
Our work shows the development of this important national historic site based in Northamptonshire on the bank of the River Nene at Irchester.
Steeped in history dating back 10,000 years, the Chester House Estate will also home The Northamptonshire Archaeological Resource Centre, which will be a state-of-the-art facility that will act as the publicly accessible archaeological archive store for the county.
The Northamptonshire Archaeological Resource Centre, which will be a state-of-the-art facility that will act as the publicly accessible archaeological archive store for the county. This 14.5m project funded by Northamptonshire County Council and the National Lottery Heritage fund, is scheduled to open as a free visitors attraction in autumn 2021 and will attract people from all over the world.
It’s also available for weddings and conferences and you can even book to stay in the onsite B &B and enjoy the stunning views of the River Nene!
“It's been an absolute pleasure to work with the One to One Development Trust again. They really did make our opening very special with our documentary and helped bring our project to life on screen. We will continue working with them as the project develops as they have been instrumental to the success of our communications and marketing plan.”
'The Opening Chapter'
It was wonderful to share our film ‘The Opening Chapter’ as it opened for a private view to invited guests before the public launch on 23rd October.
The film tells the story of Chester House and its redevelopment over the last year to become a fantastic new destination. Shown to an audience of around 250 people in the artisan courtyard and under a full Hunter’s Moon it was a night to remember.
